10:30 AM - Food Truck Picks Up Beer - Beer pickup at Restaurant Depot.
11:00 AM - Food Truck Drop-Off - Truck drop-off and site positioning.
4:00 PM - Pick Up Ice From Anderson's
5:00 PM - Kitchen Shift Food Truck Back of House Starts - Kitchen team checked in, briefed, and staged for restaurant service.
6:00 PM - Food Truck Front Of House Shift Starts - FOH team checked in, briefed, and ready for guest flow.
7:00 PM - DAZED X PUMA Event Starts - Food truck service window opens for the activation.
11:00 PM - Staff Shift Ends - Service is planned to end at 11:00 PM and can roll over to 11:30 PM.
